Do turf bookers need a password?

No. Bookers use OTP login with a rolling 30-day app session, so booking stays quick and password support is not required.

Can operators take direct bookings?

Yes. Admins and managers can create direct bookings, receive cash or partial payments and record who created the booking.

Can slots or sessions vary by day?

Yes. Slots or sessions can be configured weekly by selected days, with rate and minimum booking amount.

Can one account manage different resource types?

Yes. A facility account can manage football fields, pools, courts, tables, boards, lanes or other bookable resources, with resource visibility, grouping, wallet numbers and fee rules.

How does TurfBook prevent duplicate booking?

Once a slot is booked, held or blocked, TurfBook keeps it unavailable for new customer and operator bookings.

Can a facility block a mobile number from booking?
